Welcome to the Carol Stroud website (“the Site,” “the company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Carol Stroud provides this website as a service to its customers. As a customer or client of Carol Stroud (the “Company”) service or any program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.

1.1 These terms and condition constitute an agreement made between you and Carol Stroud, artist/designer concerning your access to and use of the Carol Stroud website (http://carolstroud.com) as well as any related application.

1.2 The Site provides the following Online Gallery and Shop to show handcrafted jewelry and provide for purchase of same from us. You agree that by accessing the site you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.3 You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that which we make the Site and our services available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.


All copyright is retained by the artist/desginer, Carol Stroud. Images or physical product must not be resold or reproduced without the artists’ written permission.


Artwork listed may be withdrawn from sale at any point by the artist/designer for reasons such as, but not limited to, sale elsewhere to withheld for exhibition, display.

If you purchase physical goods from the Site, our terms and conditions of supply will apply to the sales.


Since most of my custom design are made to order, there is no return policy.

Great care is taken to ship product in a safe manner, but sometimes unforeseen shipping damage may occur. If your purchase has freight damage, please take pictures of the damaged packaging and affected product areas and notify me within 5(five) days after receipt. We can then work together towards a satisfactory solution.


We will take all reasonable care, in so for as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. We use a secure external payment process, Paypal.

In the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when ordering from the website.

Our privacy notice (see link on the footer of Site) which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide us. By using the site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.


All and any amendments to the terms and conditions outlined in this submission must be provided in writing by the Client and signed by an authorized representative of Carol Stroud prior to the commencement of work outlined.

Please note by signing up for any of our services, you agree to be bound by all Carol Stroud terms and conditions.
